Return and refund.

Every garment that leaves the Society carries a place in someone's story. We ask that, should it find its way back to us, it returns in the condition in which it was received.

Our code exists to make every exchange fair, every return accountable, and every decision clear.

1. The Society’s Rules of Return

1. The Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within the applicable return period,14 days from purchace, in accordance with Heretic Society's policy and the consumer rights protected by applicable law.

1. The Original Condition

Items returned for a change of mind must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable.

1. The Standard of Cleanliness

Returned garments must be free from body odour, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, stains, and any other signs of use or contamination.

1. The Integrity of the Garment

Items must be returned without damage, alterations, tears, pulled threads, missing components, or other deterioration caused after delivery.

1. The Right to Inspect

Every returned item will be inspected upon arrival. If an item fails to meet the applicable return conditions because of use or damage attributable to the customer, it may be ineligible for a change-of-mind refund, subject to applicable law.

4. The Exceptions to the Code

Items that arrive defective, damaged before delivery, or materially different from what was ordered will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1. When a Return Cannot Be Accepted

A garment returned after being worn, washed, or altered — or carrying body odour, perfume, stains, or damage attributable to the customer — will not qualify for a standard change-of-mind refund or exchange where the law permits that exclusion.

If a returned item does not meet the applicable conditions, Heretic Society will explain the reason for the decision and the available next steps.

This restriction does not apply to override any statutory remedy available for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

1. How to Request a Return

1. Contact Heretic Society through our designated customer-service channel with your order details and the reason for your request.

2. Wait for return instructions before sending the item back.

3. Package the garment securely, including its original tags and packaging where applicable.

4. Once received, the garment will be inspected and your request assessed.

5. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the applicable refund procedure and within the time required by law.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability and the applicable return conditions. If the requested size, colour, or replacement item is unavailable, we will communicate the available options.

We ask that every return be made with the same care with which every piece was received. In return, we commit to treating each request with clarity, consistency, and respect.
