At Heretic Society, we believe that individuality deserves freedom, expression deserves intention, and every commitment deserves integrity.

These Terms of Belonging govern your access to our website, your interactions with our brand, and any purchase made through our official sales channels where these terms apply.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge these terms, subject to any rights and protections afforded to you under applicable law.

This is the code by which we conduct our business, honour our commitments, and protect the integrity of the experience we create.

1. The Threshold — Access & Acceptance

By visiting our website or using our services, you agree to use them lawfully and responsibly.

You must provide accurate information when placing an order, creating an account where applicable, or communicating with our team. You must not misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use our services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Nothing in these terms requires you to surrender any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

1. The Exchange — Orders & Acceptance

Every order represents a request to purchase a piece from Heretic Society. When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the selected items, sizes, quantities, delivery details, and contact information are correct. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

Orders may require verification and remain subject to product availability, payment confirmation where applicable, and any further confirmation communicated by us.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you and arrange any applicable refund in accordance with the law.

1. The Worth of a Piece — Prices & Payments

All prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other costs will be communicated through the relevant sales channel before the purchase is completed, as required by law.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate. If a material error is discovered, we will address it in accordance with applicable law and communicate with the customer where necessary.

Available payment methods and any conditions attached to them will be stated at the point of purchase.

Where cash on delivery is offered, payment is due according to the delivery and payment arrangements communicated when the order is placed.

No undisclosed charge should be treated as part of your purchase.

1. The Integrity of the Garment

  — Products & Presentation Every piece is presented with the intention of communicating its design, materials, colour, and fit as accurately as reasonably possible.

Colours may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. Product measurements and fit descriptions are provided as guidance and may allow for reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Any material discrepancy, defect, or incorrect item will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies and your legal rights.

The integrity of a garment is important to us. So is our responsibility to describe it honestly.

1. The Journey of a Garment

 — Shipping & Delivery Delivery options, estimated timeframes, and applicable charges will be communicated through the relevant sales channel.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as such. Delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

If a delivery is delayed, an order cannot be delivered, or an item is returned to us by the courier, we will work with the customer to determine the appropriate next steps.

Nothing in this section excludes obligations imposed on us by applicable consumer-protection law.

1. The Right to Reconsider — Returns & Refunds

Purchases are subject to the applicable Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy, which forms part of the information governing your transaction.

That policy explains the return process, applicable time limits, garment-condition requirements, exchange availability, refund arrangements, and any lawful exceptions.

Returned items may be inspected in accordance with that policy. However, return conditions will not be applied in a manner that unlawfully restricts mandatory consumer rights, including remedies applicable to defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Where these terms and a mandatory legal requirement conflict, the legal requirement prevails.

1. The Marks of the Society — Intellectual Property

The Heretic Society name, logos, original designs, artwork, photographs, written material, graphics, and other brand assets are owned by or used with permission by the relevant rights holder.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, commercially exploited, or represented as another person's work without prior authorisation, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a garment grants ownership of that physical item; it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property embodied in it.

The identity of the Society is expressed through its creations, and those creations deserve protection.

1. The Digital Domain — Website Use

We aim to keep our website accessible, accurate, and secure. However,

uninterrupted availability cannot always be guaranteed.

We may update content, product listings, features, or website functionality as the brand develops. We may also take reasonable steps to address security risks, technical problems, misuse, or unlawful activity.

Nothing in this section permits us to disregard an existing contractual obligation or a right protected by law.

1. The Information Entrusted — Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

By using our services, you acknowledge that information necessary to process orders, arrange delivery, communicate with you, and fulfil lawful obligations may be processed for those purposes.

Any consent required for optional marketing, non-essential cookies, or other processing will be obtained where required by law.

1. The Boundaries of Responsibility

Heretic Society will fulfill its legal obligations and take reasonable care in providing its products and services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

Any permitted limitation of liability must be interpreted consistently with applicable consumer-protection law and the nature of the transaction.

1. The Governing Order — Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the transaction, including the laws of Egypt where applicable.

Any dispute will be addressed through the procedures and forums available under applicable law. Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from exercising a mandatory right or bringing a claim before a competent authority or court.

1. Amendments to the Code

As Heretic Society evolves, these terms may require revision.

The current version will be published with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already accrued or alter existing agreements where doing so would be unlawful.
